Requirements

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Organizers must be developers capable of understanding and curating technical PRs and BIPs.

REGULAR COMMITMENT
Must commit to hosting at least one Socratic Seminar every two months.
03
NON-COMMERCIAL
Chapters must remain free or low-cost and strictly focused on technology, not speculation.
04
VENUE ACCESS
Capacity to secure a quiet space suitable for deep technical discussion and networking.
